Line of the Ball maintains a residential design practice in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The practice takes on a small number of properties at a time and carries each from design direction through renovation, furnishing and styling to a finished, market-ready house.

Scope of work

• Interior design direction, including palette, finishes, fixtures and lighting

• Renovation scope, contractor selection and site oversight

• Furnishing, art and styling for completion and sale

• Preparation of properties for listing and sale

The practice does not publish its projects. Properties are private residences, and work is shown by appointment where a client relationship warrants it.
